Just remember that it's three sisters that's holding the parts. I think you have to kill them, you can allways try pick pocket. Check all the houses in Baldurs Gate, there are several quests/items given by people hiding inside their houses.

The components are in a container in the southmost room of the upper level, no killing needed

Doesn't the sisters aproach you the same moment you enter the second floor? Or was it just my violentic way of talking that made them attack me?

Take only your theif into the building, use stealth on the first floor, then head up to the next floor. You will become visible as soon as you open the chest containing the components, so hide again, and then go down. No fighting required (and you get more quest XP's this way, although I don't know if it makes up for what you don't get by killing the three daughters).

[IMG] The place is called Oberon's Estate.
If you do not have a thief,
    use Invisibility spell(s).
    One useful remark:
If you ever meet Shandalar, the Halruuan Mage:
The brother of the sisters, the Halruuan Shandalar will say that you killed her sisters even if you did not kill them...
Shandalar: mage, level 30 (Lightning Bolt, Flesh to Stone, Chaos, etc.)... but do not be desperate, perhaps you shall not fight against him...

If you decide to fight the three sister remember this, DON'T kill the servant (reputation loss) even though he is counted hostile.
