CLUA help

Hey guys, wondering if someone can tell me how to activate the CLUA console, (the go to baldur.ini and type ProgramMode=1 or something under something I forgot), and maybe link me to a site that has most or a lot of the CLUA console codes, I just wanna rush the first part of SoA, it's incredbily boring, (alt+j i think is teleport )

 

You can get tons of information about it in IESDP. Click to "Enter IESDP" and under article "Apendices", you can find the CLUAConsole section.

 

Thanks, it helped a lot, wondering if there is a more complete list of what the CLUA console can do as well though!

 

I may be wrong, but I do not think that you can find much more information about BGII's CLUAConsole abilities that you could use as a player than listed in IESDP.

um.., If I can get on my other computer, I'll try and post a list of what CLUA can do and all the stuff u can make, etc, etc. CLUA can do quite a bit more than what's listed

 

Certainly it can do much more, but your question was about BGII. On the contrary, I look forward to your comprehensive list.

 

Related question: does Ctrl-T remove all spell effects like Ctrl-R, or only the bad ones (not buffs for example)?

 

I have a list of CLUA codes but I'm still looking for the scroll's for mage past level 3 anyone have any ideas?

 

This was the best I could find..for now. I'll edit this in case I find anything more comprehensive.

Edit: The Spells section of Baldur's Gate II: SoA at Gamebanshee.com has a nice list, though it is divided up into each level, so it'll take longer to look at each, but eh, oh well.

 

Dan Simpson's item FAQ at GameFAQs has all the mage scroll codes, along with just about everything else.

 

sorry i've been gone so long, I didn't get the list, but I'll work to get it in the next few days! and thanks for all the responses, (I forgot to bring a steak into the assylum, so annoying :-\, that and my beljural disappeared, so I can't do the portal thing, I'm trying to get all the codes for that now!! arg!!!


hm.... anyone know where I can find the item code for a stake? (i used to have it, but I can't get on my old comp )

I assume you mean the wooden type and not the dog meat type, if so they can be bought in most temples and IIRC there are a number in the asylum itself.
The CLUAConsole codes are
wooden steaks: MISC6W
Glittering belguril gemstone: MISC1J

 

thanks, I just went to my old comp, and bro deleted all my links, (to where I got my stuff), and some of my stuff. GAH!!

I got a bit of it though, not what you guys have found, but specifics I needed before. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find help with finding items, (actually searching for them, not making them. and ie: would be flail of ages [i do know how to make it :-P]), but I'm referring to an item list.

Every location of important items and all the codes to importing items via CLUAconsole can be found in two different documents here, just read the descriptions

 

Is there a lsting of all the area codes anywhere?

Sometimes I forget to do something and now dont have a saved game to go back to, so a detailed area listing would be nice.
Would hopping back and forth between already discovered areas cause any problems?

 

Hi there, I'm trying to Solo a Monk (well, actually I need Yoshimo for his unlocking skills).

However, space for carring items is at a premium and I would love to have a quiver of some sort to help out - does BGII have quivers? I couldn't find the CLUA code for them in the sorcerers cheat section.

Select whatever you want information on. It has codes for all the areas, all items in the games, all scripting commands, and all console commands.

CTRL-T does not actually work, despite what those cheat guides tell you. Everytime I've used it, nothing happened.
