Jan won't talk to me

    [​IMG] When I first meet Jan I told him that i didn't have time to talk to him and then forgot about him. After i got back from the Underdark I tried to talk to him again and got the message "Jan won't talk to you". Is there a time limit on when you can have npcs join your party or is it just a bug?

    I don't know if this is a bug because its never happened to me before. If it is you might be able to fix it with a patch. I don't know if it would fix it on you current game though.

    Yes, if you said this first time you meet him, in the park, where he tries to sell you things, you're done for. You must free him from prison and all that if you want him to join.

    New game? Why not go to the prison and free him?
    If he won't talk to you, you can always try Ctrl-Q :) and I'm sure somebody (Extremist comes to mind) has a console command to fix this, do they?
