So today it work, there where 3 questions haunting us. Maybe some people can help me with them? And proof that they are right?

I shall give what I taught that was the right answer, but I wanna know if I was right!

1 Dumbo (Dombo) The flying elephant from the Disney movie, Does he talk in THAT movie?
(My answer was no, but if yes, give me one line of text that he is saying!)

2 If you lie in the water and you freeze to death, do you float or sink?
(My answer was You float, so Titanic was wrong!)

3 If somebody is offended by a lyrick from a song, who is responcebil (Legaly)?

a:The Band
b:The textwriter(s)
C:The guy who SINGS the line of text in question.
(My answer, well I asked this question, vcause I don't know...)

Well, I'm pretty sure Dumbo talked in the movie, so yes.

Technically, while you are alive, you are still taking in air, so you should float. When you are dead, the air will escape, so you will sink.

And for the third question, if the guy was offended by the lyrics, why the hell is he listening to them in the first place?!

 

1) I don't think Dumbo speaks at all ... just makees gay little squeaky noises.
2)We sink me thinks ... depends if we're wearing clothes ... but i'm not to sure. my guess is that we sink.
3)Well if it did come to that, then it would be the lyric writer the and the band/singer put into a bad light.

Hmmm...#2's a tough one...if you LIE in the water, well...that's going to be pretty tough alone because if you are totally IN the water, you won't even be able to speak, so therefore, you will not be able to lie. But if you could somehow, then... my guess is that you'd be too stupid to float OR sink, because no one can hear you underwater anyhow.

If somebody is offended by a lyric from a song, it's Michael Newdow's fault. The blasphemer.

 

1. Dumbo can't talk in the movie.
2. You would float, I think, because there is still air in you and the calcium in your bones floats on water.
3. The band is responsible for the lyrics they sing. Not the songwriter or the person who actually sings it.

 

I dont know about the band thing, probably the writer, cos eminem's mother sued him over the lyrics on one of his songs. though he sung them too I guess...

Sink or swim? depend on hw deep the body is when it dies. If its on the surface, then it should float. If the unfortunate person died some depth under the water (I don;t know how deep, a diver might be able to tell) then the air in thier lungs would be compressed, and so wouldn't have the bouyancy to keep the body floating. It would sink...

 

And of course if he has rocks in his pockets he would surely sink

I don't know about Dumbo, I don't really watch Disney movies...

About the sink or float, I think it's both. I mean, both are possible. I don't know about the facts, but if I contemplate my movie knowledge, in some movies, (Usual suspects, for exemple), the body floats, but in others (Interview With The Vampire), they have to search the bottom of the river to find bodies...

And on the third one, My guess would have to be the band, since they're the ones who are presenting the lyrics...

 

...or maybe he's just sleeping with the fishes...
