No, my wife didn't have another baby, but for our 5th anniversary, my wife bought me a 2 year old Labrador Retriever named Sadie. I've been going around the house with her singing "I'm Slim Sadie, yes I'm the real Sadie" over and over again, which is annoying my wife but she's glad I like the animal. This will force me to exercise now, as I walk the dog. Whoo hoo! Just had to tell everyone the good news.

[IMG] That's great! Pets are good for kids. Teaches them about caring and taking responsibility.

Oh, and I love dogs. When I was very young, I had a dachshund (looks like a hotdog :D ) named Susie. She died when we didn't get her to the vet in time because she was too old to give birth wthout a C-section. I really felt bad.

    [IMG] Cool!

My friend recently got a Springer Spaniel Puppy-dog. She is called Molly, she is a nippy begger and could chew and nip for Britain, we played out for hours in the garden today and I actually walked her over the half-term (unheard of! )

Having a puppy certainly gives the incentive (i think...) to walk and excersize as you'll have someone fun to play around with
