I fantasized about creating multi-class Kensai/Swashbuckler, but it is impossible without Shadowkeeper or other programs like that.
I just wanted to ask if someone has tried something similar. Are the rules still working properly while there are these to kits?
It sounds a quite hard class because Kensai can't use accessories that much, but I imagine in the later stage of the game he would be REALLY powerful.

well, im not sure if you could do this but:
get the kensai to the level you want to dual him to a swashbukler. sk him into a regular fighter. sk him into a fighter/theif. sk him to a swashbukler. i dont know if it would work, and if the kensais bonuses would still be there, but thats the best solution i have...

Shadowkeeper only allows you to add a single kit. I would suggest adding the bonuses and other advantages/disadvantages manually, after oplacing a single kit... or something like that.

[IMG] Designating a kit only affects you going forward; you don’t automatically get kit bonuses that you “should” have given your level at the time that you used SK. What you should do is copy your game to multi-player, add a new single class character with the kit you want (for reference purposes), save the game and copy back to single-player. Open the game in SK and change your multi-classed character to the kit you want (you can only choose one kit). Then go to the Innate tab (I think it’s Innate, otherwise it’s Effects), click the Kit button at the bottom, and add the kit here as well. Finally, go to the Effects tab (or Innate, if the previous tab was Effects), and select the singe class kit you created at the start. Copy each of the items from the single-class character over to the multi-class character; just be careful that you aren’t giving yourself more kit bonuses than you should have based on your level. Save the game, and then you can delete the single-class kit you created.

    Clear as mud?

It is possible to do this - by exploiting a bug in unpatched SoA that automatically changes one of your multi-class characters' class into a corresponding kit (and abusing, as necessary).

Long ago I was successfully able to create an Assassin/Enchanter - who crashes the game whenever I try to level him up.

Too hard.. Maybe I'll just have to make a Kensai/Thief. Thanks for your answers.

@ Splunge: I'm not going to even try that one. :D
