    I enjoyed this movie. It was kind of typical for a sci-fi but there were some interesting bits. For instance, I like the modifications the friend of the main character had done to her feet. I can think of a lot of situations where they might come in handy ;) .

    When you say typical for a scifi, do you mean a scifi action flick (Demolition Man, Total Recall, et al) or stuff more along the lines of Gattaca?

    Actually, I think I just answered my own question.

    I really like Charlize but I don't think she fits the part well at all. Woefully miscast IMO. I for one am going to wait for video - and this is coming from someone who was a huge fan of the cartoon. It just looks like a big turd to me.

    The cartoon appeared mostly on a short lived (but excellent) MTV animation series in the early nineties called Liquid Television. It also gave birth to Beavis & Butthead, much like The Tracy Ullman Show gave birth to the Simpsons.

    A friend who saw the movie said something like this...

    Charlize Theron didn't learne the lessons of Halle Berry. After winning the Oscar, they plunge into something not worthy of their skill (Catwoman for Berry).
