    Warning:possible Spoiler

Hi! I know that if the Pc try to romance Aerie, He must fight with the bard(if he is in the party, obviously)..but if the Pc don't romance aerie, her and HD go in love together all the same?
Sorry for the bad English friends!

As I recall, the PC does not have to fight Haer'Dalis. The dialogue that comes up not only determines whether or not you are going to fight him, but also determines whether or not you will kill the romance with Aerie.

Also, as far as I know, Aerie & Haer'Dalis will have their romance regardless of whether or not the PC romances her.

    Spelladonna is spot on.

IIRC if you fight HD you lose Aerie. If you resolve the conflict with HD peacefully, then the HD-Aerie romance ends and you get Aerie to yourself. HD will not leave the party, if that's what you're wodering.

If you don't romance Aerie she and Haer'Dalis will have their little fling although it wont have a happy ending. He is a Doomgaurd after all and she's pretty LG.

Doomguard? What type of Doomguard? I have never heard about this...
Obviously he is not a classical Doom Guard (automation). Is he a tiefling doomguard or something like that? I have never heard about that.

[IMG] The Doomguard are a faction in Sigil (Like the Cowled Wizards or Thievs guild in Amn)

And I won't repeat myself here.

I see. I suppose that this can be learned from dialogs. Usually I do not keep Haer'Dalis after his quest is completed.

Since he is so popular, I was sure that someone would ask this :D
He might be a good NPC, but I rarely play with him. Generally, I do not play often with bards.
The reason might be my general playing style, so there are better NPCs which can fill his place in the party and suit the style.

I'm with you Baronius. I usually don't take HD either. It's not so much that I don't like him, but I tend to prefer mostly specialized characters with one or two multi-classed characters mixed in. I simply don't have room for a bard in most instances.
