Annoying CD2 Issues Since Installing TOB

    Okay, this isn't a major issue, but if I can fix it my life will be a little less stressful.

    I am still playing BG2, but installed TOB so that I can have some of the new spells & items (plus I created a wild mage just for the fun of it).

    When playing area in BG2, say, the Druid's grove, which uses CD3 or 4, when I restart the game, I have to put in CD2 just to watch the movies. Then, when I go to a new area within the Grove (or wherever I am), I have to change CDs again.

    Is there away to disable the entry movies?

    When I was just playing BG2 w/o TOB, it automatically skipped the movies when CD3 or 4 was in the drive. This sped up my load time, and reduced the need to CD swap.

    Thanks for your Help;

    Mathetais

    I'm man enough to admit that my Hard Drive is too small for a full install :( (Actually, the full install fits, but there isn't room left for the game-play cache, so after doing the Full Install I couldn't play!)

    Any other ideas? :confused:

    You should be able to disable the movies through baldur.ini; there is a line in there somewhere -- I believe it is Disable Movies=0. Change it to 1 and no more movies. Note for some reason it gets changed back sometimes, not sure why.
