I'd try re-downloading it. If you are still having trouble after doing that, I'd report the problem over at the mod's forum.

probably a stupid question but, did you check to see if the setup-ImprovedAnvil.tp2 and the Setup-ImprovedAnvil.exe files are in your bg2-soa directory?

Some mods I have installed have neglected to place the .tp2 file in the main directory and this results in a bad file name or command error.

If not all I can think is ask sikret about it in the IA forum.

Thanks guys for referring elric to the mod's forum.

It's a strange problem. I sent a few tips to elric to try. We shall see if they can solve the problem. My first guess is the same as Drew's. Perhaps downloding the mod afresh may solve the issue. (Note to elric: We meant downloading afresh, not just installing the same downloaded mod again)

Also, send me your Setup-ImprovedAnvi-Debug file in the mod's forum.
