All healing/resurrection spells, remove and protection spells are a must have. On higher levels there are a great boosters like Holy Aura, and very nice offensive spells like Holy Word or Blasphemy.
Exaltation is also a good spell.

If you have a good or neutral Cleric, don't waste your spell slots with Cure X spells, as you can convert memorised spells over to Cure spells.

Gaius is correct, but do know that this does not count for 'Heal' and 'Mass Heal', which you cannot cast through Spontaneous Casting. They are most certainly worth putting a slot in, because else you won't be able to cast them ;)

(The highest lvl cure spell spontaneous casting can give you is 'cure critical wounds'. And personally I think it's a waste to spend any higherlevel spells on 'cure critical wounds', try and use spells of that level first.)
