As per title. Major decisions like choosing factions and claimants are self-evident (Hawke picking mages or templars, killing or sparing a major opponent, etc.), they're meant to matter, but are there any non-obvious, seemingly minor decisions that are going to make a difference in Inquisition? Probably not, but just making sure. If you could please keep it vague enough to avoid spoiling too much. Thankee.

I'm still onjly halfway through DA2 myself, so theres not a lot i can telly you, there's only 2 things that i can think of right now.

One thing is Hawke's personality - depending on if you pick predominantly diplomatic/sarcastic/agressive options in dialogues - this does come into play for DA3.
If you have the DLC, then either friending (keep him in the chantry) or rivaling (convincing him to take up the mantle as prince of starkhaven) sebastian vael has some influence on an inquisition table mission.

So looks like nothing much. I really, really dislike the fake promise of relevance of one's decisions in future instalments of BioWare games.

Hawke's status as Viscount I recall changing some dialogue, as does your choice of a significant other, but other then that meh not really.

Your choices in Origins seem to have a bigger story impact really
