Yeah, yeah, just go ahead and insert cheater posts here. But I would like to change something on my fighter if at all possible. However, when I tried to edit my first ToB saved game using Shadow Keeper, it couldn't open the file. I haven't tried editing any of my regular SoA saved games, so I don't know about those. Glad I already got my new evil paryt ready for the expansion before I installed ToB. *phew*

For character editing, use ShadowKeeper, for item and spell stuff, use the Infinity Engine Editor Pro.

Shadow Keeper only allows for Character and Creature editing (change stats, inventory, memorized spells, etc.). IEEP only allows for modifying the game in general, as in making new spells, items, stores, or changing the in-game dialog.

Shadowkeeper will indeed work with TOB, After all it is actually an expansion to SOA, not a seperate game.

Pyrion you kinda dumbed it down for him. and for most players there is IEE that is meant for those that aren't into modifying it themselves, god only knows why they wouldn't be, but it's easier to use for people unskilled at the whole mod-making process. IEEP is completely different from Shadow Keeper in that shadow Keeper allows you to edit chars and creatures stats and appearances and such. You can't just edit a char in the IEEP you export files to text and rewrite the scripting add in things, editing is only achieved through the add-ons that are now included with IEEP and thats only on weapons, spells, and shops. IEEP isn't really for cheating, its for adding to the gaming experience by adding in to features, enemies, and anything else you can think of, shadow keeper is so you can cheat.

Yeah, I guess I did. I didn't feel like typing an essay to answer a simple question.
