    Aye, it's a good sign. After all, the fact that someone is willing to talk means the potential for cease fires and the like, since we all know that conversation can't be heard over gunfire. :lol:

    But seriously, I hope this olive branch is accepted and - despite the expected setbacks and backsliding - this helps bring peace to a region that has had MORE than its fair share of strife throughout history.
