Hello, I'm having some problems with various aspects of BGII for my g4 mac and was wondering if anyone on sorcerers.net can help me:

    - I can't install Throne of Baal; it says I need to do a 'full' install which I've done?

    - Where abouts are the patches for the mac version? They don't seem to be on the BG site. (This point could very well be me being very stupid)

    - Mods: I've had BGII since it came out (only on the PC) and the only mod I've been able to find that actually works on the mac is the Dungeon-be-gone.

If anyone can explain how to get mods to work on mac I'd be very grateful.

Especially Unfinished Business and the Quest Pack.

    Much Love.

I'm afraid that I can't even point you to the Mac fan community for these games any more since they've apparently gone under for good some time ago. :bad:

    I spotted this:

    MacPlay BG2 support

which mentions the exact problem you described.

    Hope this helps :) .

    From the Unfinished Business ReadMe:

    UB V15 Mac link

I don't think Quest Pack has a MAC version, but I could be wrong.

Some Pocketplane mods have Mac links(Kelsey, Xan, and Dungeon-Be-Gone among them, as you've already pointed out).

    Mac Community - here's a relevant thread:
    http://forums.pocketplane.net/index.php/topic,24238.0.html

(And, no, they definitely haven't gone for good. It just appears that some person hacked the site, and they had to change the domain; it was on their front page).

And here's some installation advice(a Xan Mac user had problems with their unpacker, so I thought it might be useful:) http://forums.pocketplane.net/index.php/topic,24068.0.html

I was talking about the Balduran's Adventurers' Spa & Grill site. I've never heard of the one you linked to.
