Ok, I posted here because its not really about the game itself, and it has to do with BG I, II and Dark Alliance.
Now I know there was that failed attempt at a Dungeons & Dragons Movie, but what about a movie, or series of movies based on the Baldur's Gate saga?
Who would you pick to play the lead character? How about the supporting characters? Imoen? Gorion? Which NPCs would you have as main characters in the movie?
I'd include; Imoen, Definitely Minsk, Dynahier. (sorry about the spelling)
Not sure on other characters. Maybe one or two could die through out the series and another could join up.

Well, I would have to say that for NPC's, the movie would absolutely have to include Imoen, Jeheira and Khalid(because they are good friends of Gorion), Minsc(because he was important enough to be in BG2)and maybe Ajentis for BG1 part of the flick, then he dies in the final battle making room for Keldorn or Anomen(because they're just so honorable) in the BG2 part of the movie. I don't know who would be good to play them, I'm not a big movie fan(or actor freak).

You'd need Dynaheir so she can get killed later.

I like Ian McKellin as Elminster, but he may be too fixed in the role from the Lord of the Rings movies. How about Partick Stewart? Of course he may be too fixed as Captain Pacuard from Star TRek
