According to the manual, it increases the party's luck, which translates to higher morale, and the enemies will have penalties on their attack and damage rolls.

    Two things:

    1)Is this true?

    2)By how much?

    Thanks :D

The Bard Song adds a +1 to your hits, damage, and saving throws, IIRC. That may not sound like much, but realize that's to every strike... so if Khalid is hitting 3 times in a round, that's going to be +3 to damage, which adds up.

I usually have it there as "What my bard can do when there's nothing else for him to do." In combat, its always useful to have him singing... maybe not the most useful thing, but a useful thing.
