bastard swords

    Just wondering if anyone took proficiencies in bastard sword in SoA. When I got Foebane, I immediately started stashing away proficiency points in bastard sword, but only got 3 stars at by the end of the game. I think that it's a really nice weapon, and I kind of like summoning monsters before a big fight, and beating them up so I can get the max HP bonus

    I had. A leftover from BG1...

    After I saw the game, I restarted it and forgot the bastard swords on purpose.

    I being a ranger never had to worry about prof points :). You were only able to put 3 prof points into bastard swords? I was able to put 5 prof points into axes for mazzy as soon as i got the axe of the unyielding.
