[IMG] I think the D&D games are good because of the great dialoge choises, Diablo because of the creeeepy atmosphere and Nox for it's humour. What do you think?

[IMG] I personally like BG the best out of the three. I think it was the best combination of environment, NPCs and action. But to be totally fair I haven't played Nox.

[IMG] Yes BG is by far the best. Unfurtunely many
of the battles without purpose (random monsters and such) lack any excitement unless
it's a new monster. You don't see much of that in Diablo and Nox. But of course those games are only focussed on combat so it kinda makes sense. But even that can't replace for example Minsc and Boo! Interaction with NPC's is simply the future.

I have to go with BG/IWD...I like the roleplaying aspect much more than pure hack-n-slash. Plus the npc interaction keeps getting better which I like a lot!

The BGs(not the band) are porbably the most well rounded CRPG's I've played to date. Everything is there for a role playing fan. They're not perfect interpretations of D&D, but I think they are definately the best out there. Diablo I thought was too limiting and one dimensional. I have yet to try Nox, but as I was looking at the box today, it reminded me too much of the limiting characters of diablo and it's hack and slash style. Of course if you prefer the fast action type of game, then the other 2 are definately better. Just depends on what you like.
