    Hmmm...
I find it hard to believe that there's no-one using the forums. During the past 32 hours the only new replies I've seen on the topics in both the NWN and BG2: SoA/ToB forums, besides my own, are but a few. I can actually count them on 3 hands (maybe 4)...
And even though that the release of NWN is just around the corner, allmost no-one have posted anything in the NWN forum...

Are people just lazy, or do they not have enough time to post anything because they're looking at NWN trailers/interviews/previews or playing through the BG saga for the 57th time???

Hmmm, I don't hope the forums will be like this when NWN actually hit the stores...

I meen, Blackthorne TA (I think) posted a great idea at the NWN forum, but less than 5 users have replied to that... Strange...

[IMG] All forums are most busy initially when the game is released but, logically, interest dwindles with time. It's a small miracle that people are still discussing BG2 at all nearly two years after its release. The IWD forum was very active when the game was released, but died quickly after that since no one is playing the game any more.

So interest in both BG2 & ToB is still unusually high, this long after release. But since there haven't been any new games released in quite a while, the traffic on the site and consequently on the boards has slowed down a bit. This is normal.

You'll see it pick up when IWD2 and NWN are released. This place is going to get crowed like the banks on pension day. :D

Well I only posted this because when I registered about a week ago, I could post a new topic and BLAM 5 minutes later there would be about 5 or 6 replies to that topic. I find it hard that people can loose interrest in a game so quickly...

A little sidestep-question, but it just popped up in my head:
Taluntain do you know whether or not it's legal to make Fellowship of the Ring (part one of Toliens The Lord of the Rings) as a NWN module???

That depends entirely on what you plan on doing with it. If you are not making any money or otherwise getting some sort of compensation from the use of the protected material, you can do so. Naturally, it is wise to acknowledge all trademark and copyright issues when you post it.
