Which one is actually easier? Are there any significant differences in gameplay once they're installed? I've not had much success with either of these in the past, but would love to give it a try.

    TIA.

Easy TuTu all the way. It is so easy to install and play. It has a nice installer and does all the work. It untouches your BG1 and 2 installations too! :thumb:

Easytutu is the future. It's for that platform (and in lesser extent BGT) mods are evolved. Macready is working on an incorporated fix for easytutu aswell as a remake of the spellsystem to be more in line with BG2 AFAIK.

The only reason to *not* use EasyTutu_SoA or EasyTutu_ToB is if you are a non-english speaker using a non-english version of BG/BG2. While there are lots of folks who seem to be able to make this combination work (for the most part), Macready does not recommend it at all and cannot support it (literally :D ). For those folks, BGT makes the most sense.

EasyTutu also includes more bugfixes and working versions of the fixes from Badlurdash and Dorner's GTU - so no need for lots of fixes before or after.
