In the last few weeks I've worked on a guide inspired by parts of
Duncan Clay's Baldur's Gate Area Guide.
He's assembled there some nice combined experience/spell progression tables
of every class with added infos on abilities.

I wanted something similar expanded for use in BG2 and so built upon it and changed/added a few things.
If you are like me and love to restart BG2 for the 100th time trying out your nth
character build you might find all the relevant data assembled in one guide useful.

I'd like to hear some comments or ideas for improvements.
Maybe you know of a similar or better guide I haven't found yet?

    I've uploaded the guide here.

Note that despite effort on my side to collect correct data, this guide
can contain errors and it would be nice for hints of them when there are found any.

    edit:
here are Open Office or PDF versions

That looks pretty useful, but the tables are all wobbly no matter how I set the word wrap. For a document with this many tables, txt really isn't the best format choice. Html or an OpenOffice/Word document with tables would look and feel much better. If you intend to submit this to SP, any format is ok since we don't restrict guides to plain text.

    hannibal555,
I volunteer to format it properly, say in HTML or something, if you want that. I am practised in such things. PM me in that case.

I like plain text for its simplicity, though I've got no problems with other formats.

Things to consider (I should have mentioned it in the guide):
It is important to use a monospace Font like
Lucida Console (should be the predefined Notepad font) or better, Courier New.
This guide is 86 characters wide (it uses approx. 1/3rd of the width place of my screen resolution (1200 pixel)). Should the resolution be too low, it is important to disable word wrapping in the notepad setting.
When considering these two points, there shouldn't be any problems, I hope.

Nevertheless it would be very nice of Ragusa to format it to HTML (I'll send you a PM).

    edit:
here is an Open Office document version or a PDF for those who don't have Open Office.
