    Just thought i'd drop this here. For the whole weekend, you can get Rome, Medieval, Empire, and Napoleon Total War, and all related expansions and DLC packs, for £11.90.

    If you've ummed and erred about the series, now really is the time.

    Oh, geez... not only that, but Alpha Protocol sells for 2 Euro?

    Good grief, now I'm feeling guilty for spending money on games while I'm looking for a job, but it's a bit too good of an offer to miss. BTW, should I have any problems with installing Medieval 2 Kingdoms from Steam if I have an original copy of Medieval 2 from a DVD install?

    The Total War series sadly imploded after Medieval 2. Both Empire and Shogun 2 are great games for one play through but since all factions are more or less identical they have no re-playability.

    Bah, turns out you can only get Kingdoms via Steam if you buy Medieval 2 from them too... I'll have to think about it. For now I got Shogun 2 and Alpha Protocol - AP was just too cheap to miss, and S2 is something I've been meaning to buy for a while now.
