    There's just one small detail she's overlooking, and that's the fact that very few of the casual DMs she describes will have the will and necessary dedication to run their own servers. Sure, they'll still be able to make separate modules more easily, but then again, so can everyone else and not all of us call ourselves Dungeon Masters. ;)
