    I have killed Bodhi and restored Imoen to her "normal" self....I also received her heart and 3 Books....I tried talking to the monks at Oghma Docks Temple, as the books alluded to, and also tried placing the heart and books in the Amunator Statue, but nothing....What do I do with them now?? Are they just paperweights?

    They're used if your love interest got turned into a Vampire by Bodhi and you had to kill her (him?).

    I had no romance plot so nobody got turned into a vampire. But isn't Imoen supposed to be selected in this case?

    Also, I went to the graveyard at night and Bodhi ambushed me at that tight little pathway into the graveyard proper, placing her minions right next to unprotected Aerie and Imoen. I thought WHAT THE SHIT IS THIS??!! so I retreated back to the Slums. Hey they could've followed me but they didn't.

    Is this why Imoen did not get selected?

    No, I had Imoen and she wasn't taken. But the point where you described is where your love interest is taken I believe (if the romance has progressed far enough).
