    i just read my favorite food board, and the Question of the Day is about favorite authors. So far, every respondent has listed SF/F authors, many of whom are discussed here!

    I think I'll see if there are any gamers there, and try to direct them Tal's way...

    My favorite is Margaret Weis,i've raed every book she has written except Dragons of a Lost Star and Vanished Moon,and i've enjoyed all of them.

    [​IMG] As vile as he is when it comes to sex, my current favorite is Martin by virtue of his "Song of Ice and Fire." Two of his other works are also extremely worthy -- "The Armageddon Rag" and "Fevre Dream". He is, in the words of my friends Bill and Ted, "most excellent"!
