Good grief, I always knew the man was a moron. I've been collecting Bushisms, but somebody beat me to it...that list is a LOT better than the one I got. (I have better things to do than track idiots all the time I suppose.) Everybody enjoy this marvellous project, formed out of the communal efforts of many united in their purpose of exposing Bush's idiocy to the public for popular amusement

 

I think any American that says they don't think he's an idiot secretly does but is supposed to protect their leader.

What a strange coincidence. I just finished watching "Journeys With George" on HBO. It was a documentary following Bush around on the campaign trail focusing on him and the press who followed him. It was done by a rather left wing young woman, age 29.

I'd seen her interviewed about it before watching it. She was somewhat disconcerted by how taken in she was by him. She went in as a staunch opponent, and once she came to know him became rather fond of him. Part of the Bush "charm offensive" that took the democrats in when he first took office I suppose.

She ends it by saying, and I paraphrase: "We all got a few laughs at his expense during the last year. But who are we? He's the 43rd President of the United States."

Besides, it is not like Bush is the first man in the oval office to make... interesting remarks.

 

Had to scan where you all are from ... looks like mostly Europeans ... so I'll keep my "If you don't like him, feel free to leave" comment to myself.

Must be easy to throw stones across the pond. Sure would hate for Bush to keep up Clinton's economic modle though ... you all might not have any more American built Role-Playing games to entertain yourselves with.
