    Yeah! Buster's back, and this time he's not alone!

    The Strangelove-esque nuclear posture of the Bush administration is something that, while not new, goes on and after the US StratCom, with unprecedented tact, held a conference on the future of nukes on the Hiroshima anniversary at Offut AFB ... as this issue has been dead half a year, why not revive it again after allowing it to rest in peace for half a year? :shake: Sense and nonsense of new nuclear weapons, the cute little "Mini Nukes".
