I'm planning on playing a gnome since I beat it with almost all the other races and I just want to know if Gnome's can have a romance (I am planning to have one with Aerie)

    Thanks ahead of time

I think you can have one with Aerie as a gnome. Actually, I think that's the only romance you can have as a gnome unless you download a romance mod.

Yup Aerie is fond of gnomes, which comes as no surprise. I actually think it would be fair that only gnomes could romance her... I can't imagine that any "sane" race would want to.

Yeah, Aerie's portrait sure is pretty enough, but ...

I tend to prefer both a straight (or dual) class Cleric and a straight class Mage in my party.

    And ...

After reading Extremist's romance guide, I'm sure I'd pull my hair out after listening to all that in real life. Sure, the loss of the wings is a tragedy, but to bemoan it non-stop over the course of months while the other half is having his life threatened at every turn. Hmmm .... It also kind of feels like a junior high fling or statutory rape. Mind you, her personality does evolve later on. But there's no way I could make it through all that early stuff.

You know, it seems Jurts and I share nearly identical opinions on Aerie, Viconia, and of course, Jaheira.

LOL, yeah... it's pretty darn frightening, isn't it? ;)
