When I finally com off my comp at like 3am, my dad always yells at me, saying that i love it too much and being obsessed and all that. Do all parents say that and is it possible to love your computer too much?

No, there is no such thing as loving your computer to much (say that to your parents and you probably won't see your computer for about a year. j/k). Parents usually don't want their kids staring at a shining box (read computer) till 3 in the morning but hey who listens to parents anyway right? Well I believe that you should listen to what your elders have to say because they are mostly right. And again my answer is still no, there is no such thing as loving your computer too much :shake: ;) .

When faced with that comment by my mother I always use the reasoning,

Would you rather I be running arround the streets untill 3am in the morning?

    Always works :D

Computers can never be loved too much. I live in the basement where my computer is so my parents never really know how late I am up. I guess I am just lucky. :spin: :rolling: :D

Nope. But then, to me a computer is just a tool, for chatting or playing games or whatever. It's like guitar players who get so obsessed with all the shiny guitars you can buy that they forget to actually play the thing.
