Cane and Able: #1 Excuse Me?

    Been getting into Crip Culture lately, so sue me :p

    You're in a crowded place, right? And someone is in your way. What do you say to them? Excuse me, please.

    You're in a restaurant, someone has their chair out a little bit and you need to get past, what would you say? Excuse me, please.

    Strength allowing, you wouldn't pick someone up and relocate them for your convenience, you wouldn't push someone around in a restaurant and disturb their meal.

    What gives the impression having wheels changes this? There's an impression that you're on rollers for others confidence when you're in the way. A lot of users have resorted to removing the handles from their chairs to stop others pushing them when they're in company, leaning on them or pushing them out of the way with convenient handles.

    I have never had trouble when I've been walking with rudeness, I'd get jostled in crowds, the only people to push me around would be ones with specific trouble with me in a specific time and place. What's the deal with crips being viewed as portable inconveniences to move out the way on a whim?

    On the flip side, crips who sit in the way intentionally. Why? Just because you're a cripple doesn't mean you have to make yourself a nuisance any more than you already were or have become. The number of crips playing the Disability Card to get away with being a little **** and sitting purposefully in peoples' way, being a douche, the general increased nuisance.

    Too many people turn being disabled into being privileged. Employees HAVE to make allowances, the governement HAS to make provisions available, the NHS isn't allowed to turn anyone away. That does NOT make any of the institutes a playground. Yes it's a hassle and a struggle getting support and assistance that is both appropriate and made available to you. ABUSING such a PRIVILEGE of PUBLIC SUPPORT is NOT the right way to deal with any situation.

    Being a crip is not a get out of jail free card. You can't just decide not to go to work because taking the kids to school was tiring enough without a 9-5 day as well (An actual excuse by an employee who then got PAID in an out of court settlement over his dismissal.)

    Morons who take the service for a ride, make a fuss by causing a fuss and manipulate everyone around to simply get an upper hand by acting like a complete and utter tool need to seriously re-evaluate where they are in life that all they are left doing is bringing others down to their level of misery.
