Can't talk to people

    Hi, after I installed ToB, I found it's very hard to make dialogues. I'm neutral evil, rep 7, int 10, wis 9, cha 14. I had no problem in SoA, but now it's very hard to talk to anybody.
    I'm doing Bloodscalp's quest, and both Mae'var and Edwin are very hard to talk to. I have to at least load 10 times. inn keepers are a bit better, but not by much.
    What is the best way to get around this? It's pretty frustrating, I have killed a couple of storekeepers because of this already.
