    Joseph Razinger is chosen as the new pope and has taken the name Pope Benedict XVI. So after all the speculation the pope is still from Europe and quite a conservative pope too. So are there any thoughts about the new pope?

    Not being a Catholic I don't really know what to think since I do not know about Razinger that much. I'll try to read about him now though and write my views here later.
