    It's in the last room at the west part the dungeon. I had a few wraiths waiting for me in there. It's hidden in a sort of plank lying on the floor...

    Misread. Well in the ruined chapel quarter, obviously. If you have the key on you, the door that needs to be opened will be opened automatically.
    The chapel is one of the rooms in Firk's dungeon, though I don't know which one. Maybe the grand one where Firkraag resides...
    Just keep the key until you do everything in Windspear dungeon and you can dump it afterwards.

    Well....the chapel key were in the room I missed the first time I was there, so I found it when I came back to wipe the floor with Firkraag. All dores were then already opened... are you sure I dont need it for some place in town like the sewer key?

    The door it opens was accidentally made pickable/bashable, so you don't really need it...

    Nope, you definitely only need it inside Firkraag's dungeons, so don't worry. That damn Sewer Key is the only one you can accidentally drop and then curse like crazy. :p
    Happened to me too. Took me half an hour to remember where I dropped it. *Groan*
