Well, my cleric and the rest of my party is level 4 now. But I haven't found a single cleric spell. He is still using his two starting spells. I find him almost useless. When do i find some spells for him?

Clerics do not scribe spells. Check your spell book for both his domain and regular spells that he can cast and click on them to move them to the memorize section.

So clerics just get the next level in their spell book without doing anything?

Yep. Clerics automatically learn all the spells they can know as soon as they have access to a new level. Paladins and Rangers also work this way. This is the way "divine" (or priest) spells work (as opposed to "arcane" or mage spells).

So every time your cleric levels up, you should open his spell book and look at ALL his levels (both normal and domain) to see if there is anything bigger than zero in the bottom. If there's a number other than 0 there, it means he/she can still memorize some more spells equal to that number. So you just choose some more/new spells for him/her from the list on the right, until that number goes to 0.

Actually, you should do this for all your spell-casters every time they level up (cleric, mage, sorcerer, bard, paladin and ranger).

All spell-capable classes can also cast spells directly from scrolls too! (the spell description will say who can use that scroll).

Rogues with a high score in "Use Magic Device" can also try to use any scroll (or wand, etc..), but I think you need to invest a helluvalot of points in there for them to succeed.
