this might seem a bit strange, and maybe some of the other danes can help me out in the translation of this.

i was wondering if anywone knew this "summer" dish/dessert that's in danish called koldskaal (directly translated to english: coldbowl)

i think it's mainly considered a desert, it typically consists of the following, no ratio indcluded.

Kærnemæl "Coremilk", when you grind milk and cream to make butter, when you have removed the top layers of fat, the ones that later becomes butter, the leftover milk is called Kærnemælk or Coremilk

Vanilla, just the normal seeds, when you split a branch, or crushed branches

Lemon, pressed lemons get in there too

you can also use a few pasteurised eggs, or strawberies, or various other things
