Crazy celvin in docks district?

    Anyone know if theres a quest or something with crazy celvin? He can be found on 1 of the rooftops in the middle of the docks district. He tells you riddles about your characters and then they get pissed at him... But after you talk to him for a while, he just runs off. Also I tried threatening him and he ran into Maevar's Guildhall and locked all the doors behind him including inside (says cant be lock picked, can be warded against simple spells). Anyone know anything about this?

    He's just another annoying and useless npc of the BG series. Like most ones you meet in the forests of the first game.

    Where can I find this guy? I don't believe I have ever seen him.

    Maybe I'm not checking the correct rooftop. I did search all I could find, but to no avail. Well, guess if he's a worthless NPC, it doesn't really matter.
