Crom Faeyr disappeared! Or part of it, anyway

So I recently got in and out of Spellhold, and when Irenicus first talked to me there, in the chamber with all the glass domes he was killing people in, I gained a lot of items somehow (probably from Yoshimo) and my PC, the idiot, dropped the Hammer of Thunderbolts and the Wave Shaft. When I came back after escaping the labyrinth they were gone. I don't think it would be cheating to do a cheat to get them back, because after all in 'real life' my character would drop some of those wooden stakes instead of priceless artifacts. My question-how do I go about creating my lost artifacts? I looked on a couple of websites and didn't quite understand the methodology. I'm sure I could do without them (after all I dropped the Flail of Ages by mistake and lost it somewhere), but I'd rather have Crom Faeyr.

 

Easiest way is to download Shadowkeeper (it's available from Sorcerer's Place) and use it to edit your character's inventory to give you back the items you need.
