    -Crom Faeyr Scroll:Shadowdragon, Temple Ruins
    -Hammer Of Thunderbolts:Mind-Flayer Area beneath the city (need sewer key from Tazok in the Windspear dungeon)
    -Gautlets Of Ogrepower:Entu (Halfling'warrior'), Planar Sphere

    4th piece(available in chapter5):
    -Girdle Of Frostgiant Strength: Demon-Knights, Kua-Toan dungeon in the Underdark

    That's the only way back to the surface; you just have to make sure you explore the dungeon instead of exiting right away...

    Oh, but you can go there any time you want to; you don't have to wait until you're ready to leave...

    I'm glad the exit was there because I would have completely missed it. I stumbled on the beholder and mind flayer areas, but never found the Kua-Toa area until it was time to leave.
