    The chances for it getting it right one time by coincidence are small, but the chances for it getting it right, time, after time, and a few times again are... impossible.

    It only gets it right if you calculate the number, if you randomly select a number and think of it, it doesn't get it right. I would sure like to see the mathematics and scripting it took to make this thing.

    If you follow the rules it asks you to follow, there are only a limited number of responses that can be generated. Each of those responses has the same damn symbol beside it. It's just a trick.

    There are only 9 possiblities for the correct answer, and if you notice, those 9 answers always have the same symbol (though what that symbol is changes).

    The answer will always be 9 * the tens position (e.g. 10's are 9, 20's are 18, 30's are 27, 90's are 81).

    Try doing the same number a few times in a row. You'll get the exact same number, but the symbol will change. Look at the symbol that number generates...you'll find that same symbol scattered amongst the others. Each time it replaces the symbol to the few numbers that formula can generate.

    Clever indeed. But as Depaara said...there's always a trick.

    (my problem is it takes me a little longer than it should to figure them out...and then I feel D-U-M!! :doh: )
