Curious about Belmin in Waukeen's Promenade (possible little spoiler)

    There is a guy standing near the north exit of Waukeen's Promenade named Belmin Gergeris (spelling of last name is questionable). The only thing I've been able to figure out about that guy is he will go hostile if you talk to him with Viconia in your party and if you defend yourself, the Amnish guard standing near the exit will go hostile on you. On the other hand if you just stand there, then the Amnish guard will kill the guy. So my question is basically, does this guy have any purpose other than to emphasize that everyone hates Viconia because she's drow, or does he have some other quest associated with him? Thanks in advance.

    Actually he hates every single elf in the world. If you are an elf you can talk to him to learn why he hate elves-his daughter is killed by elves (nothing to do with anyone) and I think you can attack him.
