    [​IMG] Does anyone know where i can get a program to import my custom portraits into the game, or which format i have to use to be able to use the portrait.

    Mmmh, didn't know you needed a program to do that (I can be wrong, though). For IWD and BG2 etc all you needed to do is to edit the picture's height and width and something with the names of the pics.

    Why I tell you this? No idea (geen idee in Dutch)

    The pics are targa (*.tga) format. Just set the pic to the proper dimensions using Photoshop or some other editor, and save it into the NWN\portraits directory.

    Just another word of advice. Before you get too carried away. Make one character portrait (in all the appropriate sizes) then test it on a new charcater. Once you have the game running with the new portrait, save it. If it crashes you might be having the same problem I had. For details about it and how to solve it, look here:
