As he was my favorite npc in Planescape:torment i wanted to play him in BG. I downloaded the voice and portrait from sp, and made a halfelf lawfull neutral f/m with his stats. Planescape and BG2 are both infinity engine, so is where any way to get Dak'kons ingame avatar into BG?

[IMG] I don't think so - the animations are all different - like BG and IWD animations are different

[IMG] Ok, then the sound+portrait must be enough. Thanks

Well, I would look around on the net. I used a picture of Annah. I think it's quite possible that somewhere, someone has adapted all PS:T pictures for the other IE games.

[IMG] I never played PS:T, but the Dakkon I know (Dakkon Blackblade) comes from Magic: the Gathering. Does anyone know where I could get a scanned graphic of the card illustration to use as a portrait? (Sadly I've neither the card nor a scanner).

If you mean Dak'kon Zerth, all I know of him is that you can buy his Katana from the woman at the back of the Adventurer's Mart and it indicates in the description that he is dead.

In Deidre's shop any item you buy from the gear of the PS:T party indicates that they died in the fortress of shadows. As so many different endings are possible, in my opinion, they should have just left it with:"used to hang around with strange being called the nameless one."

    Back to the animation issue...

The Darkest Day has a mage hangout you can get to via Riatavin where they use the Mortuary screen from Torment, and on that screen they've used avatars from Nameless and Grace. If they could do that, why can't Torment avatars also be used in standard SOA:TOB areas?
