    Hi

    Within the Ice fortress i found two dead people + one dead or petrified cat. Do they come in handy later or should i dump them.

    You can use a bunch of dead people and cats if you carry them around with you all until you get to Severed Hand (where you can scare an opponent with them), but it's not worth the trouble, imho.
