    Eat nothing but boiled eggs...no, they are loaded with choresterol!
    OK, eat nothing but garahm crackers...oh no those are baked!

    OK, EAT NOTHING BUT VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS and boiled water. Unless boiling is bad for you too!

    I agree with Nutrimat, c'mon if someone wants it, he can find something bad in everything, not only food, also they can find something good in everything. The truth is that scientists are only guessing.
