    I'm in a fix..... in the Planar Sphere.... and I've got to get a demon's heart but I have no idea WHERE (exactly) I need to go to get one....

    Go back to the point where you were when you first entered the sphere; when you leave, you will be taken to the area you need (it's not the slums).
