Not sure if this has been done before and not sure if it should be in the Sensorium or here, but I reasoned that tradionally, the "Describe-your-fellow-SPers" threads have been in here, so...

Should be self-explanatory enough. Comparisons could be in the title, or lyrical (post a small excerpt if obsecure, or to point out the similarities). Let the comparisons begin!

Pretty much anything by Bob Dylan where you can't understand the words, and they wouldn't make sense if you did. That's what the inside of my head sounds like.

Ah - I meant specific forumers, not us in general, but that's a fine comparison. :D

    Love's going to leave me
I'm too sexy for my shirt too sexy for my shirt
    So sexy it hurts
And I'm too sexy for Milan too sexy for Milan
    New York and Japan
And I'm too sexy for your party
    Too sexy for your party
    No way I'm disco dancing"

Oh yeah, that's me  :p

He's got the most interesting dance steps
    Of anyone I've ever met
    Makes promises he never kept
Got nothing but his self respect
Has a smile that would melt your face
The professional disturber of the peace

OK, not all the lyrics are exactly relevant, but it reminds me of the dearly departed Svyatoslav. Although I can't say I agreed with him over anything, the abrasive nature of his posts in the Alleys usually gave me a laugh.

For those members who say they have troubles but keep carrying on. I'll mention the name of the artist iso of the actual members, because I'm afraid to forget someone ;)

In the clearing stands a boxer and a fighter by his trade
    and he carries the reminders
of every glove that laid him down or cut him 'till he cried out in his anger and his shame "I am leaving. I am leaving", but the fighter still remains.

Hey Splunge, where can I buy that song!

    Splunge:

Deep inside the forest is a door into another land,
Here is our life and home,
We are staying, here forever in the beauty of this place all alone
    We keep on hoping . . .

Maybe, there’s a world where we won’t have to run, and
Maybe, there’s a time we’ll call our own,
Living free in harmony and majesty,
Take me home, Take me home.

    - the theme song to "The Life and Times of Grizzly Adams" (Splunge's secret identity - hmm, this should be posted in the Separated at Birth thread.....)
