Do I have to kill Quilue?

In Ust Natha, the big fish dude in the tank wants me to retrieve Quilues brain for him or else he will expose me.
Do i really have to kill her?
she is one of the seven sisters (Alustriels sister) and she is not evil, so i see no reason to kil her.
Is there another way than to kill her?

There is.
Say something like no.
Then when the creature at the tank starts threatening, say something like i die, you die.

You get full exp.

If you accept though, you have to do the quest, or the disguise is blown. Start threatening him whenever he talks to you. The first dialogue is "No, you listen to me, fish!"

I remember seeing a ton throughout the game, actually, but I can't remember any. I'll run through the game again and let you know.

 

Yes, the easier way to complete the quest is doing as Taza described. But if you want her brain anyway... and do not want to kill her...
If you are a charismatic person,you can try to persuade her to give (or just lend) you her brain...
