    Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the physical appearance of a character? I don't mean just the color or equipments, or the picture in the inventory screen, but what you see in the game. I mean the one that is moving and attacking and casting spells.

What I really want to do is make my female mage's hair bigger. It is so SHORT right now. If I can give her the hair of a common 'harlot' I will be very happy, and it'll be great if I can have Nalia's.

Does anyone know how to do it? Thank you in advance for your help.

    Coco

You can always CLUAConsole:EnableCheatKeys and then use Ctrl+6 and Ctrl+7 to rotate through the various images, though it may take you a while to get to what you want (the list includes all of the monsters too).

I think with shadowkeeper you can change her appearance to harlot, but that will change her whole appearance, not just her hair. It also might cause the game to crash, because harlots probably don't have the animation to cast spells.

The best option is to edit the BAMs and PLTs with Photoshop.

So Nalia's hair is actually longer than a normal female human mage avatar? Strange.

You can change your appearence via SK and choose Female Mage Human, it may be Nalia's. I pretty like this trick as cleric avatars look rather dull to me.

I get most annoyed at everyone having the same "unarmoured" appearance, especially when thieves are wearing Elven mail. After that, the appearance of Elven mail, generally, is bad: why does it change the appearance of your whole character to that horrid green? Did BioWare not think that I might have chosen my character colours BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I LIKE THEM TO LOOK?!?!!

Is there any way to alter this at all, without resorting to some fairly serious (and tedious) modding of every single suit of Elven mail in the game?

I also don't like the Human Male warrior avatar when wearing leather armour (I play Stalkers, see), so I usually SK my guy to the thief (or monk) avatar. I really think that the monk avatar would have made a much better leather armour appearance for warriors and clerics than the one they chose. Just the avatar; not the paper doll in the inventory, though. Who likes pony tails on dudes, anyway? Is it some veiled Steven Seagal reference, perhaps? :hmm:

No, but editing them should only take a minute or two.

Yeah I just checked ShadowKeeper and it can change my character to a harlot. But I just want to change the hair.

By the way, which BAM and PLT file should I change to change the hair?
