Ok, I've seen many people want to do mutiple backstab but don't know how.
Mislead is the spell to go. Mislead creates another 'you', and 'Yourself' is invisible no matter what you do until the spell runs out. So cast mislead and keep the new 'you' out of enermy sight, and yourself can backstab as many times as you want.
Of course there will be enermy casting true sight, but it's very easy to hit that enermy before he pulls it off.
And if you are not a thief, then you don't have to backstab, just hit, or cast spells. Generally all my level six is used to store mislead, it's just the best spell.
Maybe you already know these, but just in case.

Not as far as I know. Are you thinking of the Cloak of Non-Detection? The Cloak of Displacement?

...then cast Spell Immunity: Divination to render True Sight powerless. Combine it with Spell Immunity: Abjuration to protect from Dispel/Remove Magic and you'll be truely sick.

No Jake. There is no Cloak of Mislead.
